Distribution: Occurring on both sides of the Cascades crest in Washington; British Columbia to California, east across North America to the Atlantic Coast.

Habitat: Disturbed areas, including roadsides, often where wet or seasonally moist.

Flowers: July-September

Origin: Native and introduced from Eurasia and northern Africa

Growth Duration: Perennial

Conservation Status: Not of concern
