Distribution: Occurring on both sides of the Cascades crest in Washington; southwestern British Columbia to California, east to northeastern Oregon and west-central Idaho.

Habitat: Thickets and moist open places, from lowlands to mid elevations in mountains.

Conservation Status: Not of concern
