Distribution: Occurring east of the Cascades crest in far eastern Washington, occasionally occurring west to the east slope of the Cascades crest; eastern Washington to adjacent northeastern Oregon, east to central Idaho and west-central Montana.

Habitat: Dry, open, often rocky areas from low elevations to the subalpine.

Flowers: May-August

Origin: Native

Conservation Status: Not of concern
