Distribution: West of Cascades crest in Washington; northern British Columbia to northern California.

Habitat: Humid, open forest.

Substrate: Most often seen on small twigs and branches of a variety of trees.

Conservation Status: Not of concern

Description:
General:

Thallus small, lobes rarely wider than 1.5 mm, yellowish to yellowish-green, dichotomously branched. Black, forked rhizines confined to margins. Powdery soredia form on older lobe tips.
