Location: Washington, Clallam County: Olympic National Park, Sol Duc, offtrail NE of Heart Lake in wet meadow near a long-term veg. monitoring plot; very abundant in this meadow, also a few seen at Heart Lake on North side (47.91018, -123.73428); hairs are in 2 lines below the upper opposite leaves, hairless lower on plant; some plants with untoothed leaves, some with a few minute teeth; all plants with sessile stem leaves and obscure side veins; several plants with only 1 capsule, others with 2-3 capsules, a few with 3+ capsules; all plants quite short and erect down to soil level; samples taken.
