Comments: The old quarry site was reopened in 2024 and the small population of E. bloomeri that was present there was extirpated by bulldozer activity. E. bloomeri is present in lithosol plant community in small numbers near the Eagles Nest lookout and at the summit area of Whites Ridge, both at 6300 ft. elevation.
