Comments: Seeds at 75x under dissecting microscope. From center to center of black lines = 1 mm. Seeds are extremely minute, being approximately 0.2 mm (200 um) in diameter, each with 10-15 ribs. Generic name comes from these ribbed seeds: Ptero = winged (Greek) & spora = seeds (Latin).
