Original identification: Chrysolepis chrysophylla
Current identification: Chrysolepis chrysophylla
Photographer: Regina Johnson
Date Photographed: August 3, 2012
Location: U.S.A., Washington: [Locality withheld]
Elevation: [not provided]
Coordinates: [not provided]
Phenology: Vegetative
Comments: This appears to be the same group of plants that was collected from in 1979, judging from the location description on the specimen label. Since that time, however, the trees have been cut to the ground and the plants have resprouted into a large bush. They appear to have not flowered for some years, probably not since being cut. Cut stumps are visible inside the bush, which is about 5 meters tall.
