Comments: Winter twig. Plant grown from cuttings made from a plant found at Willow Creek Natural Area, Lane County, Willamette Valley, Oregon. HOWEVER, NOTE: Bernd Schulz suggests this is not Euonymus occidentalis: Buds from E. occidentalis have only 2 scales and are very different from other species in Euonymus.
