Description: Glutinous or slimy green cap and stem when young.  Cap margin striate.  Gills waxy, well-spaced, and green when young.  Cap ages to red, pink, yellow, or tawny.  Stem ages to yellow or orange.

Habitat: Damp forests, woodlands, pastures, roadsides.
