Description: Thallus a pale green crust dotted with abundant pale pink apothecia 1.5-4 mm in diameter.
Distribution: West of Cascades crest in Washington; Alaska to northern California, Rocky Mountains; across most of Canada.
Habitat: Moist forest.
Substrate: Rotting wood or peat.
Distribution: Occurring west of the Cascades crest in Washington, where known only from the San Juan Islands; southwestern U.S. and California.
Origin: Native
